This isn’t an ending—and it’s definitely not a separation.
Over the last several months we’ve learned a lot, had some great discussions, and reached people we never would have otherwise. But as we looked at where we can create the most impact moving forward, we realized it was time to rethink the format and focus our efforts where they can reach and help more people.
In this episode we talk openly about that decision, what’s next, and why thinking long term sometimes means making changes.
Thank you to everyone who listened, shared, commented, and supported the show.
You’ll still be hearing from us—just in different ways.

Most people spend years building cash value…then hesitate the moment it’s time to use it.
In this episode, we break down one of the most important — and most misunderstood — decisions in Infinite Banking:
When should you actually use your cash value?
This isn’t about interest rates. It’s not about arbitrage. And it’s definitely not about chasing returns.
It’s about thinking like a banker and making intentional decisions with your capital.
We walk through:
Why the question “Should I take a loan?” is the wrong starting point
A simple 3-part framework to evaluate any decision (control, efficiency, replenishment)
Real-world scenarios: paying cash vs. policy loans vs. outside financing
How to avoid the two extremes: doing nothing… or over-leveraging
Why control and liquidity matter more than most people realize
If you’ve ever hesitated before using your policy — this episode will change how you think about capital decisions entirely.

There’s a completely different way to think about money, risk, and control—and once you see it, it changes how you evaluate everything.
In this episode, we break down one of the most misunderstood aspects of Infinite Banking and why it operates from a place of certainty, not speculation.
Why insurance is NOT gambling
The difference between certainty vs uncertainty
How Infinite Banking shifts you from risk exposure → risk transfer
Why whole life insurance is the only tool that fits the system
What most people miss when they focus on ROI instead of control
The real role of cash value and policy loans
Why other strategies (IUL, HELOCs, market-based approaches) reintroduce risk
This is part of a structured framework taught through the Nelson Nash Institute (Problem → Solution → Implementation).
Today, we go deep on the solution.

Most people believe financial freedom is simple: passive income exceeds expenses.
But what if that definition is incomplete—and actually delaying your freedom?
In this episode, we challenge conventional financial thinking and uncover why so many people feel stuck despite “doing everything right.” From 401(k)s to traditional advice, we break down how common strategies often create barriers between you and your capital—limiting access, control, and flexibility when you need it most.
We introduce a different framework:Accessible cash flow minus obligations.
This shift moves the focus from someday freedom… to operating with control today.
If you’ve ever wondered why access to capital feels restricted—or how to create a system that gives you flexibility without permission—this episode will change how you think about money, savings, and financial freedom altogether.

In this episode of the Infinite Mindset Podcast, we go deeper into the real problem behind money, banking, and inflation—and why most people are unknowingly playing a losing game.
We break down:
What inflation actually is (hint: it’s not just rising prices)
How money is created through the Federal Reserve and banking system
Why fractional reserve banking expands the money supply
The hidden risks of storing your capital in traditional systems
And what a “sound money” approach could look like
But more importantly—We connect all of this back to control.
Because while you can’t fix the global financial system…You can change how you operate within it.
This is where the Infinite Banking Concept comes in—not as a product, but as a framework for reclaiming control of your capital.
If you’ve ever wondered why it feels like you’re working harder but getting further behind…this episode connects the dots.

In this episode of the Infinite Mindset Podcast, we break down first-lien HELOCs, traditional mortgages, Infinite Banking, and brokerage-based strategies using the same real-world numbers to see what actually holds up. Instead of hype, we follow the math—examining interest costs, liquidity, rate risk, and what happens when markets don’t cooperate. The takeaway is simple but powerful: wealth isn’t built by chasing maximum returns, it’s built by minimizing forced mistakes and maintaining control of your capital.

Loan math:
Daily interest accrual:
Loan Balance x (1/365) x interest rate
True Interest Cost:
Total Quantity of Dollars Paid in Interest / Principal Amount of Loan x 100%
Total Quantity of Dollars Paid in Interest:
[ (Monthly Payment x number of Payments) + fees + pain of enduring underwriting ]- cash price
Examples:
Daily Interest- $10k x 1/365 x 0.05 = $1.3698 ($1.37 per day when rounded)
True Interest-
#1 $10k x 0.06 x 365/365 = $600 or 6%
#2 $10k x 0.06 x 183/365 = $300.82
     $5k x 0.06 x 182/365 = $149.59
     $300.82 + 149.49 = $450.41 or 4.5%
#3 $10k x 0.06 x 304/365 = $499.73 or 4.99%
